Adirondack Fibershed Yarn

We are thrilled to be carrying “Adirondack Fibershed” yarn from Blue Pepper Farm. It is a wool and alpaca blend from animals raised and sheared in Jay, N.Y. The fleeces are skirted at the farm and delivered to Battenkill Fiber Mill in Greenwich, N.Y. where they are washed, carded and spun.7

All skeins are natural colors. The sheep are white and brown and the alpaca fleece is white, brown, grey,and black. The combinations help create the variety of colors.

The wool in the yarn comes from a local sheep farm which is certified Animal Welfare Approved
